I have always found huge enjoyment in creative outlets, whether that was through making thrown pottery, painting watercolours, silversmithing or creating fused powdered glass seascapes. Calligraphy has long been a passion of mine, and both hand and engraved lettering are as enjoyable to create as they are to receive. I love that something as simple as writing a name on a gift box brings a smile to people’s faces, or engraving a personal sentiment into the glass of a scented candle or perfume bottle makes for a completely unique present. I really enjoy seeing the quick joy that brings when I’m working on-site, lettering or hand engraving at live events.

In an age of technology, digital fonts and AI, perhaps we appreciate the art of a hand-flourished letter and personal connection all the more. I look forward to hearing from you when you need a little of that simple elegance!
